Well, tonight wasn't a total waste for Justin Bieber.  After unsuccessfully trying to hold a livestream for fans to share new music and answer questions, the young singer—who shared that he had "never been so frustrated" on Instagram—decided to upload a new track to make up for failing his live chat.
