Halle Berry And Michael Kors Team Up

HALLE BERRY and Michael Kors are collaborating to fight world hunger through the United Nations World Food Programme (WFP), an organisation that provides aid to those who are unable to find food for themselves and their families. Kors first announced his involvement with the charity in January this year, raising money through a campaign and a series of events.
"[Halle Berry] brings talent, energy, generosity, and of course star power to a cause that is extremely important to me," Kors told WWD.

Berry and Kors have together created two watches, as part of the designer's Watch Hunger Stop campaign. For each watch sold, 100 meals will be given to hungry children through WFP. The designs will launch later this month. The pair will also travel with the charity to see how the organisation's work translates in reality.
"Statistics show that women play a crucial role in defeating hunger," said Berry. "WFP is especially focused on providing assistance to women because, as mothers, teachers, and entrepreneurs, they will improve the future for their families and communities. It's an effort I'm eager to be a part of because I'm certain we can make a real and substantial difference in the lives of people in need."
Kors will talk at the Vogue Festival, which takes place on April 28 and 28. To buy your tickets click here.
